Fee model

You pay only the accepted quote amount at checkout. BCS FixSafe does not add a platform fee on top of your payment.
BCS FixSafe deducts a 7% platform fee from the contractor payout — not from your checkout total.
No lead fee for contractors. Browsing jobs, submitting quotes, and messaging are free.

Card payments run through Stripe. Live payment activation remains owner-controlled and may stay in test mode until production payment switches are armed.

Payment release and support review

Payment release may pause during support review.
Admin review records platform status only.
No guaranteed refund.
No guaranteed payout.
Not legal escrow.
BCS FixSafe may review platform records and available evidence to decide the next platform step.

Current readiness boundary

Production payments are not fully ready until payment-readiness milestones are approved.
No Stripe transfer, refund, or dispute automation is enabled by this policy copy update.
