Program: BCS FixSafe Transactional Notifications

BCS FixSafe operates the BCS FixSafe Transactional Notifications SMS program. When you provide a phone number and enable SMS notifications on your account, BCS FixSafe may send text messages to that number for the following transactional purposes only:

• Phone verification codes: One-time passcodes (OTP) to confirm you control a phone number when you enable phone verification on your account.
• Account and security alerts: Notifications about account activity, login alerts, or security changes on your account.
• Job updates: Status changes on jobs you have posted or are working on (e.g., a new quote received, a job accepted).
• Quote notifications: Alerts when a quote is submitted, accepted, or updated for a job you are involved in.
• Payment protection workflow updates:Notifications about payment status changes in the platform's protected payment workflow.
• Work completion and approval reminders: Reminders when work is marked complete or when homeowner approval is pending.
• Review reminders: Reminders to leave a review after a completed and paid job, where applicable.
• Safety notices: Safety-related notifications about your account, job activity, or platform access.
• Support follow-ups: Notifications when an open support case has been updated or requires your attention.

When you add a phone number to your BCS FixSafe profile and enable SMS notifications, the following consent applies:

I agree to receive transactional SMS notifications from BCS FixSafe, including account alerts, job updates, quote notifications, payment status updates, work completion updates, review reminders, safety/support messages, and verification codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your phone number

BCS FixSafe stores your phone number only for platform use as described in this policy. Your phone number is not displayed publicly to other users. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal data.

These SMS terms are part of and subject to the BCS FixSafe Terms of Service. Use of BCS FixSafe SMS features constitutes acceptance of these terms.
