Completion photos
Available- Private to the job.
- Photos do not prove capture time. See the Evidence Policy.
In-app work approval
Available- Homeowner must confirm in the app.
- In the current test flow, confirmation is recorded and does not by itself move money again.
Support cases
Available- Homeowners can report an issue. Contractors can respond. Both sides can upload evidence.
- Admins may record platform status only. Support review does not determine legal liability, issue a refund, or move live money.
- A formal refund and chargeback operations workflow is still planned.
Contractor profile details
Available- Self-provided license, years, business name, and bio.
- Independent license, insurance, or background checks are not performed.
BCS FixSafe does not independently verify contractor licenses, credentials, or background checks at this time.
Stripe checkout
Test mode- Card details stay with Stripe.
- Live card charges are not enabled. Checkout uses Stripe test mode until the owner arms production payments.
